How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time through your PlayOn® account.

To update your password:

1. Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account. 
2. Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner
3. From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
4. Select My Details from the left-hand menu.
5. Click the Edit icon next to your password.
6. Enter your current password.
7. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it a second time.
8. Save your changes.

For your security, choose a strong password that is unique to your PlayOn® account and avoid sharing it with anyone.
