If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the PlayOn® sign-in page.
To reset your password:

Select Sign In from the Kansas Lottery Playon website homepage.

On the login page click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password.
If you don't receive the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you continue to have trouble accessing your account, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Note: For security reasons, password reset links may expire and can only be used once.
