The scanner can be sensitive. Try the following:
- Adjust the brightness of your screen.
- Try adjusting the distance between your phone and the barcode reader.
- If all else fails, download and print your coupon. The downloaded coupon will have self-service and retailer instructions on how to manually cash the coupon.
