Participation in the Kansas Lottery's PlayOn® Loyalty Program is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Are bona fide residents of the United States or a U.S. territory.
- Have successfully verified their identity.
- Maintain only one PlayOn® account.
The PlayOn® Loyalty Program is intended for individuals only. Corporations, organizations, associations, and other groups are not eligible to participate.
Additionally, individuals who are prohibited from purchasing Kansas Lottery tickets under K.S.A. 74-8719(a)(1-4) are not eligible to participate in PlayOn® promotions, rewards, or other program offerings.
