The barcode used for PlayOn® ticket entry is located in different places depending on the ticket type:
- Scratch Tickets: Under the latex coating in the play area.
- Pull Tab Tickets: Under the paper tabs.
- Fast Play Tickets: On the front of the ticket.
- Draw Game Tickets: On the front of the ticket.
To enter your ticket using the PlayOn® mobile app, scan the barcode with the ticket scanner or manually enter the ticket code if scanning is unavailable.
Tip: Make sure the barcode is fully visible and undamaged for the best scanning experience.
