If you're unable to scan your ticket, you can manually enter the required ticket information through Kansas Lottery PlayOn app or in the web browser.
The location of the ticket code varies by game type:
Scratch Tickets
- Ticket Number: Located on the back of the ticket.
- Validation Number: Found under the latex coating in the play area.
Pull Tab Tickets
- Ticket Number: Located on the back of the ticket.
- Validation Number: Found under the paper tabs.
Fast Play Tickets
- Ticket Number and Validation Number: Located at the top of the ticket.
Draw Game Tickets
- WEBCODE: Located above the barcode on the ticket.
Tip: Be sure to enter the ticket information exactly as it appears on your ticket to ensure successful submission.
