The barcode scanner can be sensitive. Try the following:
- Tap the flashlight icon on the ticket scanner screen to turn on your camera's light.
- Place the ticket on a flat surface to ensure it’s still and doesn’t move.
- Try adjusting the distance between your phone and the ticket barcode
- If all else fails, enter the ticket's code manually.
