It depends on whether your ticket is a winner.
- Non-winning tickets: Once your ticket has been successfully scanned into PlayOn® Loyalty and any eligible points or entries have been credited to your account, you do not need to keep the physical ticket.
- Winning tickets: Keep your ticket. The physical ticket is required to claim a prize and serves as proof of ownership.
Be sure to take your winning ticket to an authorized Kansas Lottery retailer or the Kansas Lottery Claims Center, to claim your prize.
Important: When in doubt, keep your ticket until you've confirmed that any points, promotion entries, and prize claims have been processed.
