Draw game tickets are not always available for PlayOn® point credit immediately after purchase. In most cases, these tickets can be submitted for points beginning on the calendar day after they were purchased.
If you receive a message indicating that you need to wait 24 hours, your ticket has not yet become eligible for submission. Please try again the following day.
Once your ticket is eligible and successfully submitted, points may take up to 48 hours to be credited to your account.
Note: This processing period applies to draw game tickets such as Powerball®, Mega Millions®, Super Kansas Cash®, and other eligible draw-based games.
