How do I view my ticket entries?

To view your ticket entries:

1. Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account. 
2. Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner.
3. From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
4. In the left-hand column click on PlayOn® Loyalty History.

The PlayOn® Loyalty History page allows you to review your ticket submissions, points activity, and eligible promotion entries associated with your PlayOn® account.

Tip: If you're looking for a recent ticket submission, allow up to 48 hours for points and entries to appear in your account history.
