No. For your protection, Customer Support cannot remove, override, or adjust responsible gaming restrictions on your behalf once they have been applied.
If you would like to review or update your responsible gaming settings:
- Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account.
- Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.

In the left-hand column click on Responsible Gaming Tools.
Note: Depending on the type of limit, changes may not take effect immediately and may be subject to waiting periods designed to support responsible play.
