If required, a W-2G form is generated and stored in your account. The form is accessible on the My Claims page and is linked to your profile and the associated prize payment.
How to access the W-2G form
- Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account.
- Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner
- From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
- In the left-hand column click on My Claims
- Select to view the W-2G from the specific claim
