The State of Kansas Setoff Program is used by state agencies to collect certain debts owed to the State of Kansas.
If you are listed in the Setoff Program and submit a prize claim:
- All or part of your prize may be applied toward the debt owed.
- The amount withheld will depend on the outstanding balance of the debt.
- Any remaining prize funds, after eligible deductions, will be paid to you.
- The Kansas Lottery does not determine whether you are included in the Setoff Program.
