The Kansas Lottery is a state agency responsible for administering lottery games and operations throughout Kansas.
- The Lottery is led by an Executive Director and supported by approximately 85 employees across a variety of areas, including operations, finance, legal services, security, sales, and marketing.
- Oversight is provided by the Kansas Lottery Commission, a five-member board appointed by the Governor. Commissioners serve staggered four-year terms and advise the Executive Director on Lottery matters.
- Together, the Kansas Lottery team and Commission work to ensure games are operated securely, fairly, and in accordance with Kansas law.
