You can access the ticket scanner by tapping SCAN in the navigation menu at the bottom of the PlayOn® mobile app.
Use the scanner to:
- Enter eligible tickets into PlayOn® Loyalty quickly and easily
- Check whether your tickets are winners
- Avoid manually entering ticket numbers by using your device's camera
Simply tap SCAN, align the ticket barcode within the camera frame, and follow the on-screen prompts.
Tip: Make sure you've granted the app permission to access your device's camera for the best scanning experience.
