How do I withdraw funds from my account?

You can withdraw eligible winnings from your PlayOn® account directly to your bank account.

To withdraw funds:

1. Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account. 
2. Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner
3. From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
4. In the left-hand column click on Withdraw Wins
5. Add or select a withdrawal method.

6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select Withdraw.

   Note: The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

   

Please note that only winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn and must be played through in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Account Verification

To help protect your account and comply with regulatory requirements, we may occasionally require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. If this happens, you'll be asked to securely upload supporting documentation through your PlayOn® account.

For your security, never send verification documents by email. Documents should only be submitted through the secure Upload Documents feature within your account.

To avoid delays, please review "What documents are accepted to verify my identity, financial account or address?" before submitting your documents.

Once all verification requirements have been met, your withdrawal request will be processed according to standard processing times.
