How do I add funds to my account?

You can add funds to your PlayOn® account using:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• VIP Preferred ACH bank transfer and ACH bank transfer
• PayPal

Note: Virtual cards and virtual bank accounts are not accepted. Please be aware that some banks and card issuers restrict or decline online gambling and lottery transactions. We recommend checking with your bank or card issuer before adding a payment method to your account.

To add funds:

1. Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account. 
2. Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner
3. From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
4. In the left-hand column click Add Funds.
5. Add or select a payment method. 
   Note: If you have a primary or default deposit payment method set up, it will be automatically selected.

6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and complete the transaction. 

   You can select a suggested deposit amount or enter a desired amount manually. The minimum deposit amount is $10.

   

Important: If this is your first deposit, the maximum amount you can add is $50. After your initial transaction, you may increase the amount for future deposits, subject to applicable limits.

Please note that only winnings can be withdrawn from your account. Deposited funds are intended for gameplay and are not eligible for withdrawal. For this reason, only add funds that you intend to use to participate in PlayOn® games and promotions.
