Where do I manage my communicaiton preferences?

You can manage your marketing communication preferences through your PlayOn® account.

To update your preferences:

1. Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account. 
2. Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner
3. From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
4. Select My Details from the menu.
5. Locate the marketing communications preference option under the section labeled Keep Me posted.
6. Select the checkbox to opt in to marketing communications or deselect it to opt out.

Your communication preferences can be updated at any time. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for any changes to take effect.
