- Subscriptions may be paused for one or more of the following issues:
- Your location was not verified within 30 days of payment being due.
- The credit or debit card associated with your subscription was declined.
- Your credit or debit card expired.
- A responsible gaming limit being reached (except self-exclusion, which will lead to your subscription being cancelled).
- If your subscription is paused, payment will be attempted again for your next draw cycle, but you may need to take action to allow payment to be taken successfully.
