Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to Kansas Lottery Playon in the web browser or the app and sign into your account.
- Click on your player profile or name in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown that appears, select My Account.
- In the left-hand column click on My Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription you want to cancel
- Click on Manage Subscription.
- Click on Cancel Subscription.
Please note:
- Payments that have already been processed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid draw cycle.
- Entries will continue to be played in eligible draws until the final draw in that paid cycle has closed.
- Once your paid cycle ends, your cancellation will take effect, and no further payments will be taken.
